 AGREEMENT

Nothing to do but relax.

Payments:

• A.)   Seasonal  Rates: $1750 for waterfront lots or $1500 for back lots.
• B.)    Rates to be paid ½ by March 15 remaining ½ to be paid June 15.
• C.)    RV sites will be electric metered with one payment due at the end of the season for seasonal rental only.
• D.)   Weekly rental is $150.00 per week and an additional $25.00 per day for each additional day.
• E.)    Monthly rental is $479.00 per month and an additional $25.00 per day for each additional day. Weekly and monthly rental fees include electric in there price. Weekly and monthly fees to be paid when booking the date.                                                           
•  Season:  Opening April 16 if weather permits & closing October 15^th.

Lot Definition, Regulations and Amenities:

• A.)   Lot sizes are 40ft x 70ft or larger.
• B.)    1 Licensed RV/ Camper and 2  vehicle per site. Additional vehicles or trailers should be parked in designated parking area.
• C.)    All sites have full water and sewer hookup which is included in the annual fee.
• D.)   Rosebud RV Park will maintain the site (grass mowed and trimmed.)
• E.)    All RV’s, decks, porches and accessory buildings must be approved by Rosebud Park in writing. They also must be maintained and cleaned to the standards of Rosebud Park. May not exceed 600 sq. ft. total. RV must be placed on gravel pad.
• F.)    All tents and screened tents must be moved every two days as not to kill the grass.
• G.)   A maximum of 2 tents are allowed on each site.

General Amenities:

• Large sandy swimming beach and play area
•       Sand volleyball court
•       Picnic area with tables and grills
•       Fish cleaning shack
•       Horse shoe pits
•       Walking/ Nature Trails
•       Boat ramp & dock to fish on
•       Basketball Court
•       Garbage pickup

Rules and Regulations

ATV’s  (etc.)

• ·         Mopeds, ATV’s, etc. are not allowed.
• ·         Golf carts are allowed but limited use during evening hours

•  

Boat Ramp & Boat Dock

·         Boat ramp and dock are for loading and unloading watercrafts with 30 minute time limit on dock for boat docking.

Campfires:

• ·         Campfires must be attended to at all times.
• ·         Campfires are only allowed in fire ring provided.

General:

• ·         Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 P.M. to 8 A.M.
• ·         Destroying or damaging the natural beauty of Rosebud Park is not  permitted and any damage will result in paying for repair.

Insurance:

• ·         All RV’s must have insurance and provide Rosebud Park with a current copy to keep on file. 

Nature Trails:

• ·         Walking/ nature trails have steep elevations and rough terrain. It is suggested that you and your guests are in good physical shape.
•  When on walking/ nature trails you must stay on trails and pets must be leashed.
• ·         No motorized vehicles or bicycles are allowed on nature trails.

Pets:

• ·         No pets allowed in or on sandy swimming beach area
• ·         All pets must be on a leash 10 feet long maximum when outside.
• ·         Pickup what your pet leaves.
• ·         Management reserves the right to request removal of an unruly animal including one that is barking or disturbing other guests.

Rosebud Park is not responsible for any loss, property damage or injuries sustained while on or in your property ( RV,boat,etc)
